Welcome to my listing for 2009 Acura TSX with approx 1205xx original Miles. I am a small Car Dealer down in Hollywood and sell Few cars a year as I have a Salvage Parts Business. I purchased This Beautiful TSX from Insurance Auction where we buy our Cars for salvage parts business. This car have passed all State of Florida Inspections and have Florida Rebuilt Title in hand ready to be transferred in all States and can be legally driven in any state. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS NOT A SALVAGE CAR. I have this car little over 6 months and it runs and drives like a Champ. This Car was involved in a front Left Corner Damage. There were no Accidents on the car Guaranteed. It was Hit on the Curb as it was obvious and I can tell with my experience after looking at the car and Carfax Report States clearly how the car was damage with a curb damage.
Following are the parts replaced/ FIXED in our repairs.

• Front Left(Driver) Fender
• Front Grill
• Front left lower control ARM
  
• Front Bumper was repaired as it was not damaged badly and was still usable

Only 2 Pieces on the car which are repainted are front Bumper and Left Drivers Side fender only. Everything on the car is original Honda Factory untouched in Factory Condition. 2 painted pieces have A Class Paint Job.

There were no Airbags Deployed at all. Al airbags are 100% original was never deployed and fully intact.

This is probably one of the Cleanest TSX in the market.

Here are few cons that I believe are imperfections to the car maybe its no big deal to buyers and can be fixed very cheap and easily but it doesn't bother me so I never got around repairing it.

• Right Fender have 1/4 inch paint chip not too visible in camera lens you have to be inches from it to see it.
  
• Interior is in great Shape driver side seat under headrest have 3 inch leather cut which is not too visible as the headrest covers that. its a very fine cut
• steering wheel controls are not working and I got it checked it by Honda of Miami and its the steering wheel Clock spring reel damaged $135 part from dealer will buy that ASAP and install it.
  
• Rear Bumper have 5 Inch Scrapping not too visible on left lower side
• Minor signs of use on exterior and interior nothing major overall in great shape.
  

Following are the service/maintenance done in last 120 miles last week after my 18 hours road trip back to Miami

• Fresh OEM Honda Engine and transmission oil flush.
• Radiator Flush
• 2 Brand new OEM Acura Headlight Bulbs installed $190
  
• 4 tires balanced and rotated have over 60-80% Tread Left on tires
• Brand new OEM Honda Ac Compressor Replaced as clutch on old one was making a clicking noise.
  
• Timing Service done oem water pump in May 21th 2016 with oem parts only.

There are absolutely no Leaks in engine and transmission. There is no hesitation knocking or any funny noises from the car. all electronics work 100% how they are suppose to . Ac is ice cold all windows work perfect Radio heated seats everything work Perfect. This car is in excellent shape and have plenty of life left I have enjoyed every moment in this sporty Luxury TSX Very smooth very quiet Car.

• All Cars Sold are Being Sold As-Is Where is with no Warranties on parts or Labor, written or implied or verbal. NO Dealer Warranty no Manufacturer warranties
• All Sate of Florida have to pay 6 or 7% Sales tax plus title and Registration fee of $190 before Shipping.
  
• All out of state Buyers do not Pay Any Sales Tax to me
  
• Buyers are responsible to inspect the car in person or ask seller as many questions as they wish to for their satisfaction
• $500 non refundable deposit is required immediately after purchased. Balance is Required within 5 days in form of cashier checks only.
  
• Buyer have to send all their information to me after purchased so I can prepare all documents and send to Buyer for signature and Buyer have to return original documents in Mail along with payment Check.
  
• out of state buyers are responsible to register the car with their local DMV with all the original documents and Title which we will provide them.
  
• All shipping is done for out of state buyers with incensed and insured shipping carriers only. Sorry I don't care if your brother uncle father in law have a dolly and Lift to tow the car I will not release the car even after payment is clear if they do not have license or insurance. This helps buyers and sellers as we have had issue in the past.
  
• out of state Shipping is arranged by the seller and seller is responsible for all shipping paperwork and time frame and coordination.
