The best combination and hardest to find, NightHawk Black Pearl with Black Leather, Technology Package with Navigation/ Bluetooth, 6 Speed Manual with larger-diameter front and rear stabilizer bars, larger Brembo brakes in front with four-piston calipers, and limited-slip differential. Extras the 6 speed Manual comes with that the Automatics do not have.
I am the original owner, bought this for my wife new, which we really enjoyed driving over the years.Unfortunately, it was recently involved in it's first collision, a rear end accident, and hit another car. Light damage to the other car, Ford Fusion, just cracking the rear bumper cover of the other car. The Acura's front bumper support went under the other car's bumper and impacted the grill/ radiator support area. No airbags or injuries, as it wasn't a very hard collision. From what I can tell, the front bumper cover, grill/ radiator support area, both headlight housings (they still work), hood, and fenders were damaged. The driver front fender and front door rub when opening the driver's door. Also, even though the hood latch is bent a little but still works, the hood release broke (likely the cable or interior release handle - can still open the hood using a screwdriver to release the latch). The radiator was cracked, so I replaced it with a new one and took it for a drive.
From behind the wheel I could not tell it was in an accident, it ran and drove great as it did before the accident. But due to the age and mileage, my insurance company decided to "total loss" the damage and let me keep the car. I still have the original clean title from American Honda Finance Corp from when I paid the car off. Even though this will be an easy repair, we decided to buy a new car. This will be a great Luxury Sports car for someone looking to save some money and fix it up. Serious bidders may contact me to come see it before bidding. Nothing to hide. "Being Sold As Is". I have serviced only with synthetic oil since new. Installed a full interior carbon fiber look interior kit that goes great with the black leather. Also has a CT Engineering (CompTech) Short Shifter for improved shifting over the stock shifter. Air Conditioning blows cold, fully loaded with surround sound stereo, Bluetooth, Heated Seats, Carpeted and also All Weather Factory TL Floor Mats, Splash Guards, Rear Lip Spoiler, Trunk Cargo Nets, everything works except the passenger front power door lock actuator just went and didn't get to replacing it. Some newer items replaced in the last 2 years or so are: Centric High Carbon Plain 125 series Cryogenic treated Brake Rotors front and rear with Hawk HPS brake pads, Timing Belt, Water Pump, Drive Belt, Tensioner, Idler Pulley, Thermostat, Radiator, Spark Plugs, Power Steering Cooler, Optima Yellow Top Battery, and Enkei Aletta Gunmetal Machined 18"x8" Wheels with 235/40 ZR18 Continental Extreme Contact DWS Tires. I scanned the computer and all readiness lights were green (good) and no Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) present. Just passed NJ DMV Inspection in January.

Forgot to add that the dash does have some cracks in it which is a common issue with the TL's. There are aftermarket dash covers available.
