I bought this beautiful 2015 Acura RDX Technology from an Insurance Company. It has has Rebuilt title, because it is a Theft Recovery Vehicle. By law if the vehicle is stolen the Insurance Company has 30 days to pay the owner of the vehicle the value of the car. If the vehicle gets recovered it is given to the Insurance Company. Since Insurance Company has already paid out the full cost of the vehicle to the previous owner it has to be marked as a total loss, even if the vehicle is recovered in a perfect condition without any damage.

Our 2015 Acura RDX was never in accident and was never damaged. Everything is original and the car has never been painted. Everything works properly without any issue. WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEAN?

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the

"Salvage verses Rebuilt Title".
Salvage title means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss", Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car was totaled, not always. Sometimes the car has a minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes an owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and (depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car) Insurance will pay off the owner.

If the vesicle gets stolen then Insurance company has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it. I have bought "Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage. In brief, Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage.
Rebuilt title: once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by the state for all repairs and a "Rebuilt Title" is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don't have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the BMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.

Attention: this car has Ohio salvage rebuilt title. It has passed Ohio salvage highway patrol inspection. There will be no issues with a transfer of the title or getting a license plate in any state in the US. You don't have to pass any inspections in your state, everything is done in Ohio! The title is ready to be transferred to customers name in any state in the US.

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit +$15 for PayPal fee which must be paid within (24) hours of winning the auction. The remaining balance is due within five (5) business days of making the deposit. Noexception. As final payment for the vehicle, We will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We do not accept Pay Pal or personal check.

Vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to waitthree (3) business days until the funds cleared.
