2003 Acura TL 4-Door Sedan 3.2L WELL BUILT, SOLID AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION!

2003 Acura TL 4dr Sdn 3.2L Description

Up for sale is a 2003 Acura 3.2L TL. The car does have some scratches, dings and little dents, but nothing major or breaks the paint protection on the body. It is all parking lot type stuff. Please see photos. The paint is not faded or trashed like I see on many of these models of similar age which I feel is most important. Overall, I consider the paint condition to be very good for its age. The interior is very nice except there is a little work that could be done on the drivers side bolster, etc like so many cars with leather and over 12 years old. It could easily be repaired by a leather car specialist with a new or used black leather swatch matched or sewn in for not a lot of money (assuming you even care to). Also, if you really cared, an inexpensive mobile bumper doctor could work visual wonders by redoing the rear bumper to get out the most obvious scrapes on the car. A lot of the visual scrapes are on the rear bumper. Also, I have talked to a few ding doctors who would let their assistant get out a number of little dings and dents for a few hundred. All options.. again, if it even matters as I don't think in this price class it is a big deal. I am super critical and disclose all flaws as this is an older preowned car and I do not want any surprises. There is a lot to be said about not worrying about little scratches, dents, and dings on this car like you would a 2016 Mercedes. I have gone the keep a car perfect route and it is a lot of burden and loss of freedom and full of worry!
Here is the thing. This is a very solidly built, and reliable Acura at the top of the Honda food chain in quality (READ: ABOVE HONDA) and comparable to Lexus. However, I feel it has more sporty handling than any comparable Lexus of its age or slightly newer. When you are talking older preowned luxury, you want Japanese for reliability, not German in my opinion. Buying this car is all about solid and reliable transportation in an excellent and sporty driving car, more than making a statement. It currently drives very well with no known mechanical defects of any significance. I have driven it on a few trips and was impressed with the lack of issues and its excellent ride and handling. It also has a very nice high quality, comfortable roomy leather interior. Again, this car is very well built. It was serviced last year with oil and other important fluid changes.
THIS CAR IS REALLY IN ANOTHER QUALITY, ASSEMBLY, LUXURY, AND DRIVING LEAGUE THAN A USED HONDA ACCORD EX-L, AND CERTAINLY A CIVIC.
Actually, having owned a 2013 M5, I am amazed by how well this car handles.This is not my car, but I am the one selling it for my friend with a clear title in my hand.She has had the car for 5 years and put about 30,000 miles on it in that time.She has had no accidents with it. It was a one owner before her from her Aunt's employee who bought it NEW with fully loaded features! The Carfax on the VIN as part of this listing confirms all of this! As you can see THE CARFAX HISTORY ON THIS CAR IS CLEAN AND ISSUE FREE!She just bought a 2 year old certified preowned car in a totally different price range.That is why she is selling it, but somebody is going to get a great car for not a lot of money!!
I priced the car to move based on the national average for this car and year and mileage. These cars sell for a premium, because they are so well regarded as quality, dependable used cars. THESE CARS FROM 2003 HAVE A WHOPPING 4.6 RATING ON EDMUNDS ACROSS 453 REVIEWS!!!
Tires are all fine with acceptable tread left.
