The car has a salvage title due to recovered theft. It is salvagebecause it is aTheft Recovery Vehicle.By law if the vehicle is stolen the Insurance Company has 30 days to pay the owner of the vehicle the value of the car. If the vehicle gets recovered it is given to the Insurance Company. Since Insurance Company has already paid out the full cost of the vehicle to the previous owner it has to be marked as a total loss, even if the vehicle is recovered in a perfect condition without any damage.It is in good condition still looks new.
