2000 Acura NSX Targa Description

This is a 2000 ACURA NSX-T, number 107 of 278 produced in the year 2000. Of these only 96 were Silverstone in color, with a Targa top, 3.2L engine, 6-speed manual transmission, black interior, cassette player and Bose stereo sound system. This NSX-T is a very clean car which has been garaged, gently driven and has not been driven in the rain since purchased in 2003. It has approximately 50,400 (photo of odometer shows a little less) miles on it, of which 34,000 were put on by the second owner.

The paint shine is like glass and the interior is clean and in great condition. No accidents, all the original VIN tags are attached, the original plastic covers are still on the door sills covering the chassis number (see picture).The rubber is soft and in good shape, A/C blows cold, and all switches and gauges operate as designed.Interior is original, except for the Dali Racing seat cushion to add head room in the driver’s seat (original seat part is included - see photo below); both driver and passenger seats and bolsters are in good condition – no cracks or tears.All body panel gaps are excellent as they were from the factory. Its last service (2015) included the ACURA dealer replacing the O2 sensors and servicing the car. The car was primarily serviced at ACURA 101 West in Calabasas, CA, and later at Center ACURA in Sherman Oaks, CA.

This car is equipped with NSX standard equipment and still has the original clutch which engages strongly.Upgrades include: a Comtech Exhaust system, Speed of Science polyurethane window guide bushings and aluminum billet window regulator retainers, a Dali Racer driver's seat cushion for extra head room, VOLK Racing wheels fitted with z-rated Nitto tires (near new tread), ceramic brake pads, a Cantrell Air Induction System, and K&N air filter.VOLK/Rays stem caps are included - great for show - not on the car to avoid loss.Tires are practically new.

Front bumper cover and lower front valence were repaired and painted, and spoiler replaced with OEM parts (Hit a tire tread on the freeway because car rides low, it was 0-dark 30 in the morning and not seen in time).The black spoiler (driveway scraper) has slight damage to underside of both corners from scraping (see photos).Head light covers have paint nicks approximately 1/4 inch both located on the upper middle sides of the covers, see pictures.
