2007 Acura TL Description

For sale is my beloved 2007 Acura TL Type-S. I really hate to post this vehicle for sale, but I recently purchased a new truck and must bid this one adieu. My wish is that this car goes to someone who enjoys it as much as I have over the past 5 years. I believe I am only the second owner. I purchased a warranty when the vehicle was purchased but believe it is no longer active.
I have always meticulously serviced, maintained, and cleaned this car. I purchased this car in October 2011 with 41,739 miles. A vast majority of the mileage that I put on the car are highway miles (I have a 40 minute commute to my office and travel a bit for business). Clear Title & Clean Carfax. Nonsmoker. I have what I believe to be all of the manuals, DVDs, etc. that originally came with the car. Some service history was reported, others were not.
There are a few, minor, upgrades that have been done since purchasing the car:

• Remote Start with Two-Way Remote - The remote relays information back to the driver displaying whether the vehicle is locked, running, etc.
• Bluetooth Audio - This is a plug and play system that allows for bluetooth audio/control directly from the factory system. This takes place of one of the XM Satellite inputs. • Window Tint
• WeatherTech floor mats - front only (also comes with original floor mats that are in great condition)
• Rubber Trunk Liner
• Navigation DVD was upgraded a few years ago to the 2012 version.
• LED interior and rear license plate light upgrades.

Notes on the condition - This car is in great condition aside from a few minor items:

• Rear bumper was bumped a few years ago and I haven't gotten it repaired yet. The bumper itself is completely unscathed, but will require some paint. See picture of driver's side rear bumper.
• There is a 2"(+/-) rip in the rear seat behind the driver's seat and similar sized rip in the front driver's seat. The remaining seats and carpet are in great condition. Rips are visible in pictures.
• There is one small chip in the windshield from debris on the highway. It has been cracked for a few years and hasn't gotten any worse so I haven't bothered replacing it. Not pictured - extremely small chip.
• Intermittently the 'tighten fuel cap' light comes on and shuts itself off. To my knowledge, this does not affect anything. This seems to be a pretty normal thing for this model. I've never seen theCheck Engine light.
• Comes with one factory key, valet key, and two aftermarket remote start key fobs. All of which are in working condition.

Maintenance Items: I have purchased over $300 in maintenance parts that have yet to be installed. These items will come with the vehicle. These items include:

• Tie Rod Ends (male and female)
• Timing Belt Kit
• Serpentine Belt
• Water Pump

I've never had any issues whatsoever with this vehicle and receive compliments quite often. However, just like any other car with almost 130,000 miles on it, some very minor imperfections exist, but nothing more severe than what I've mentioned thus far. Everything is fully operational and is in much better shape than most other cars that are 9 years old. A/C works great, brakes (rear brake calipers and pads were replaced within the last year or so) and tires have plenty of use left on them - you just need to get in and drive!
