This 2007 Acura RDX was purchased from the dealer by the current owner as a salvage vehicle according to the affidavit the dealer requested that the current owner / purchaser agree to and sign, which they did. Why? Because this 2007 Acura RDX was involved in an accident, see details below.
The current owner / purchaser repaired it, and to date it has been a very dependable vehicle for them for the last 6+ years. The wife is the only person who drives it, and almost exclusively, on the weekends. Hence, the low miles.
This 2007 Acura RDX was never registered by the dealer.
After the current owner / purchaser repaired this vehicle, it was registered with the MO Department of Revenue. The title is currently clean.
Nevertheless, the current owner / purchaser, wife in particular, is concerned that when this car sells for the second time and is registered under a new owner name that the title may come back as a salvage vehicle. Hence, the $1,000, no reserve price.

The item location is centrally located (approximately 30 - 40 minutes south of downtown St. Louis); is easy to find; and is easily accessible ( minutes from I-55 & I-44.)
Now that we have established our reputation and terms of the sale, please allow me to convey the owner's item description.
OWNER DESCRIPTION:
This beautiful car was originally an Acura dealer demo car, driven by a salesman, and therefore never licensed until the current owner purchased it directly from the dealer.
At some point the salesman who drove this Acura dealer demo car was involved in an accident with this car.
The mileage on this vehicle at the time of the accident was approximately 2,500 miles.
The insurance claim was for damage to the front and rear end.
It was not deemed a total loss by the insurance company.
The Acura dealer did not want to repair this car.
The Acura dealer chose to sell the car as-is and no warranty.
The current owners, husband was an auto body man his whole life, evaluated the damage.
His observation revealed the following noteworthy damage:
- Rear bumper assembly- Rear tail gate- Rear body panel- Front bumper- Front grill- front hood
The current owners determined that most of the damage was confined to the rear end and that they could repair it.
Therefore, the current owners purchased the vehicle as-is and with no warranty and proceeded to repair it using ONLY genuine Acura replacement parts.
Recall the husband was and still is an excellent auto body man his whole life, he then painted it using PPG paint base coat clear coat baked on just like the factory does it.
At time of title registration this vehicle had 2,520 miles on it.
It now has approximately 42,400 miles on it and is driven exclusively by the wife.
