This GTV is cosmetically very good and is roadworthy with no mechanical issues. The previous owner replaced the rocker panels and bottom of the spare tire well. For some reason, the floor pans were not addressed and frankly need repair or replacement. The car is priced well below average retail to give the new owner plenty of room to address this.
I would drive it this spring and summer and work on the floors as a winter project. There is no need to repaint the body or replace any interior components.
