Warranty

46 months and over 48,000 miles remain on the factory basic and powertrain warranties. This is fully transferrable to the new owner.

Condition

This 4C is in nearly brand new condition. I was only able to find 3 small marks on the front, each the size of a pencil tip, where the paint is marked from road debris. The paint is not full chipped in those locations, just a marked. The very center of the nose on the bottom has the normal rub marks, which you have to be under the car to see. Since the 4C is very low to the ground the nose will touch down at the slightest of inclines. This one has touched down 4 times, all at no speed going into our parking garage.

Other than those minor imperfections this 4C is perfect with no other knownblemishesand no known mechanical issues what-so-ever. This car has always been garaged and has only been in the rain twice.

Pickup/Shipping

This 4C is located in downtown Louisville, KY. Pickup time/date must be cleared in advance, but I have a very flexible schedule so I should be able to accommodate any request. If you prefer to have the vehicle shipped you will be responsible for all arrangements and coordinating a pickup time/date with me and the shipping company. There is access for a car hauler.

Vehicle must be picked up within 30 days of the auction close.

Payment

$2,000 non-refundabledeposit via PayPal within 24 hours of the auction end.If the deposit isn't made within 24 hours the sale will be canceled.

Half of the original purchase price was financed with Chrysler Financial.Upon the deposit being made I'll request a payoff quote and have you send the payoff directly to Chrysler Financial and the balance to me via wire transfer. Chrysler will release the lien on the title and I'll take the title and the lien release to the KY DMV to have the lien removed so we can transfer title to you. Alternatively the purchase price can be put in escrow via escrow.com with fees being paid by the buyer, I'll payoff the note myself and when the title is ready we can complete the transaction.
