1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Description

1989 Alfa Romeo Graduate hopes to find a good home with a not so common color combination in White on Tan. For the past three years this little Graduate's had a rough life from a millennial ownership neglect and who's love for cars is nonexistent.All the window trim's in good condition, over all the interior's in nice condition, minus the couple of cigarette burns in drivers seat.
The original owners booklet is included and maintenance records shows suspension and other work being done overthe years that includes pinion seal and new top 2011. Ball joints, shocks, axle bump stop, a/c compressor & dryer, new clutch & pressure plate, flywheel, motor & transmission mounts andfuel pump in 2012 and coolant hoses last year.
The rear window has a tear but, the top's in nice condition, fits tight and does not leak.
The rockers are in really nice solid condition, the trunk and spare tire and battery area is good, the doors, jams and hinge area are solid. Overall this car is a solid rust free example Unfortunately it's had every body panel abused from lack of care when behind the wheel, all this abuse has been in 3 years (see photos). Im told the passenger side damage is do to a hydroplane into a guardrail.
Drivers door has issues, the window's wiremechanism is off track and door does not close properly. The inner latch spring's broken, but included with this auction is a spare rust free driver's door with inner and outer latch mechanism, hinges, trim and winglet window.
Car runs, drives and shifts good but the water pump needs replaced and the throttle return spring (below intake where the linkage down then back 90* to firewall) is stuck. Motor revs and sounds fine with this linkage disconnected but, limits throttle movement at pedal.
