1984 AMC Alaskan Postal Jeep Right Hand Drive
1984 AMC Other Description
1 of approximately 230 Alaskan Postal Jeeps ever produced. Essentially this is a Right Hand Drive Jeep Scrambler CJ8.
Located in Anchorage, Alaska, USA. (Please Note, this is Alaska Time Zone - 4hrs behind EST)
This Jeep has a custom built Half-Cab (similar to the Scrambler half-cab) built out of the original full length "World Cab" hard top. The doors have square corners unique to these Jeeps and are only shared by Jeep CJ10 aircraft Tugs. The doors, glass, and all the rest of the "unobtanium" parts unique to the Alaskan Postal Jeeps.
I have sold tops alone for $2000. This Jeep has the same frame as a Jeep Scrambler CJ8 and is in great condition with only surface rust and can be great for use in other Scrambler restorations and is worth approximately $800 by itself.
This JeepRuns and Drives and stops, but needs some love.
