1970 AMC Rebel Machine Description

1970 AMC Rebel Machine being offered from private collection
AMC only produced the Rebel Machine one year, this is one of 2326 built in 1970.
The Machine came equipped with the most powerful engine AMC offered with a 390ci displacement and 340hp.
Specifications: 390ci/340hp, automatic trans, P/S, P/B, A/C, Ram Air induction, hood tach, bucket seats, very rare Bittersweet Orange Paint option.
Details: Nice Number 2 Condition Arizona Car, Purchased by seller in 2006. Showing 61132 miles, rebuilt engine, new carpet, headliner, custom Flowmaster dual exhaust, new vacuum actuator for Ram Air induction. Interior shows some signs of wear. A/C is complete but is currently not blowing cold. Starter Flexplate has some wear on teeth andintermittently is noisy during starting. Clean floors, trunk pan, and undercarriage.
Car is being sold as is. I have described the car to the best of my knowledge. Please call for any additional questions or appointment to inspect.

To clarify the some history: The car was purchased in Arizona in 2006, there was history of a previous owner in Norfolk Virginia, it has also been listed in the Rebel Machine registry since the mid 90's.There is also an issue with the starter safety switch and it will probably need replacement. It requires moving the shift lever into neutral / Drive before it engages.
