We brought this car into our shop and after a complete detail we were pleased to find the vehicle in good condition other than a few minor dent's and scratches which we pointed out in the photos below. Since the NYC police dept didn't have the title the car was sold with NYC Police Issued Bill of sale which we will need to take along with the car to a Certified NY Inspection station where the vehicle will be inspected to make sure no stolen parts are on the vehicle. After the inspection we will recieve either a NY Clean Title or a NY Rebuilt title that will be ready to register & drive. So because of this process we are selling this car with a delayed title.
