2001 S4 Silver/Black - Full APR Stage 3 - 107,XXX miles
Summary:For sale is a 2001 Audi B5 S4 with full APR Stage 3 conversion with only 107k miles. This is one of the cleanest Stage 3 B5's you will see. It isn't the most powerful or most modified Stage 3 car you will come across, but has solid Stage 3 performance and has been exceptionally reliable throughout it's life with no major issues.
I am the third owner of the car, from 56k to its current mileage of 107k. The majority of the miles are highway miles on road trips. It's currently driven about two days a week. It has never been driven hard or been near a track. All significant service during my ownership has been done at Apikol in Boulder, CO and are noted below. Service records for the full life of the car are included. Car is located in the Denver/Boulder area of Colorado.
The Stage 3 upgrade on this car is an off the shelf Full APR Stage 3 Kit. There was no mixing and matching of parts/kits to assemble the Stage 3 setup. Car has never had any CEL issues. The exterior of the car looks almost completely stock. The front bumper mod and the lower suspension are the only things that suggests it's modified. The Milltek exhaust is relatively quiet compared to other options.
I love this car, it's been the most reliable Audi I've ever owned despite it being Stage 3 for the entirety of my ownership. I don't have a garage spot for it anymore and simply don't use it enough to justify keeping it around when someone else could enjoy it. It would be great for someone who wants the fun of a Stage 3 car while maintaining reliability.
Overall, the car is in great condition. That said, it's a 15 year old car at this point and is not perfect. I've tried to be very transparent and note below any significant issues or imperfections as I would hope a seller would do for me, but am happy to answer any additional questions or concerns.

Exterior (Silver):The exterior of the car is in very good condition, but does have a few imperfections that you'd expect with on a 15 year old car. The front bumper is fairly scratched and pitted at this point. If I were keeping the car I would respray the front bumper, but certainly doesn't look terrible as is. All imperfections are noted in the pictures. Wheels have minor curb rash.

Interior (Black):The interior is in excellent shape, no rips/tears anywhere and very clean. Certainly the best interior I've ever seen on a B5 S4. Instrument cluster was replaced early in the car's life and has no missing pixels. Car has been detailed in the last week.

Issues:- The tint on the car just recently started to roll up on the front two windows, I cut the bottom few inches to stop it, but you should expect to remove or replace the tint soon.- Auto-dim mirror needs replacing. Bottom half of the mirror is corrupted.
Tires:225/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S - Replaced at 98,500 (about 8k miles on them).

Additional Details:- Car only comes with one switch blade key, one valet key and the plastic emergency key.- AWE Intake Pressure Tester included.- APR ECU Program switcher included.- Exterior / Interior will be cleaned before shipping.- Front brake pads will be replaced, oil changed and tires rotated this week.
Future Maintenance:For potential buyers who might not know these cars, I'd say the main concerns going forward will be the clutch, control arms and the suspension on the car. The suspension is fine as is, but it is starting to feel stiff/tired and were I keeping the car I'd consider replacing it in the near future. The clutch is strong, but is getting up there in miles so I would keep an eye on that going forward.
