Beautiful 2001 Audi A6 Quattro. Powerful and rare 4.2 V8 with 40 valves and 300 horsepower. Dealer said it was an S6 but no emblems to prove it. Automatic trans with tiptronic gear selector for optional manual shifting. Low miles with 68,500. AWD Quattro is great for the winter and all around feel and control. Original Florida car. Rare Tornado Red paint with silver and red mirrors, lower body wings and always garage kept. Nice sunroof with no leaks. Super clean full power tan - gray leather interior with no rips. Front and back heated seats, dual climate control and memory position front seats. No cracks in any glass and all power windows, locks and alarm work as they should. Pass thru rear folding seat with large trunk. Bose stereo system with CD and factory rear sub woofer. Great handling and braking. No dents on the metal body. On the front lower valance area below the bumper cover is a 3 " crack on the front left side lowest point and on the right front side is a 2" small push in about an 1/8 of an inch. They are both so low and are barely noticeable but I wanted to mention. Both areas are on the same piece so a replacement is an easy fix. Small oil leak from the oil pan gasket Only one small drip a day. Also an easy fix as the oil pan is easily accessible. Engine light is on. I just had a dealer service with fluid and filter changes and they said the engine light was on due to a small exhaust leak between two O2 sensors. They quoted $300.00 for the repair. Doesn't hinder performance and the small exhaust leak sound goes away after 20 seconds of start up. Small 1" x 4" clear coat peel on top of trunk. The paint is fine just needs some clear coat. A few small scuffs on rear bunper . Mostly from taking things in and out of trunk. Starts first time. Nice 17"chrome wheels with high perf. Kumho 160 mph tires. This car is a great daily driver type car. This Audi is a fun luxury performance car with room for five. Not perfect but a great car. Turn key drive away . Not an original Fla. car first NJ then to Fla. I was told that but car history shows different. Sorry. I don't think this car is a S6. It doesn't have enough of the S6 options like Recaro seats with the S6 logo or other things. The guy at the dealership said that only S6's got the silver mirrors on the Tornado paint. Unproven. That is why it is being sold as an A6. Who knows someone might get lucky with a little digging.
