History of car from previous owner
The car was owned by a local company in Vegas called 'World class driving' it’s a business which charges roughly $500 and the customer picks two cars that they want to drive. They drive one of the cars of their choice and drives in a pack of about 8 other customers who are doing the same thing. Their usual destination is Red Rock Mountain. Its about 30miles from the strip. Once you get to the mountain you’ll get out of the initial car of your choice and get into your second choice vehicle and drive that back. There is a worker driving in front (leading the pack) and one worker in a chase car. You’re driving on public roads with speed limits along with lead&chase cars therefore you never get to drive the cars hard at all. This means the R8 was basically slow driven its entire life. The company performed meticulous maintenance on this vehicle. No expense was spared. I have all of the original service records and also a Carfax. The Carfax is an A+ rating. I can email any documents requested by serious buyers. About 55k miles the entire engine was replaced by audi of Henderson. It was roughly a $50k job. I have the documents for this also. By time I had purchased the car at about 127k miles they had spent over 100k in getting all scheduled maintenance done along with the new engine.
History since I purchased the car:
This was my very first supercar and it was the love of my life. I went through every aspect of the car to ensure everything was 100% perfect. I added all of the aftermarket parts myself, little by little.
Replaced AC compressor (5k miles ago)
Replaced Oil pump, because the dealership told me it had a leak. Although the leak ended up just being a cracked return line. Therefore I spent about 5k for no reason (5k miles ago)
Replaced all rotors and pads (5k miles ago) so brakes are like new still
Tinted all windows with the most expensive tint (ceramic) and I did a clear film on the windshield and engine view panel to prevent the sun from beating down on the carbon engine bay and interior. It also keeps the car drastically cooler inside. (5k miles ago)
Converted to rear wheel drive (5k miles ago) the car is much faster, feels much lighter (saved 150lbs) handles much better, drives/turns much better. I still have all the parts to put it back to AWD if the buyer would like but I don’t think anybody would want to do that unless they live in snowy climate…
Replaced 1-2 & 3-4 shift fork and had entire transmission inspected, serviced, cleaned. Therefore the car basically has a fresh transmission. (50miles ago)
Inspected entire car to ensure vehicle was in excellent condition to be sold. Compression test preformed. All cylinders were within 5% of each other. New spark plugs installed. All fluids were changed including brake fulid, engine oil, gear oil, and power steering fluid. Several hoses, O-rings, and crush washers were replaced to ensure no fluid or vacuum leaks were present. (50 miles ago)
Overall condition:
The car has lots of miles but it has a fairly new engine. The transmission was just repaired, serviced and inspected thoughly. I have all documents to prove this as well. This means the heart of the car (engine & tranny) are in excellent condition which is by far the most important components of a vehicle. The service records & replacement parts from the previous owner is in a very large thick folder. Tons of other various parts and services were preformed. The chasis itself has a lot of miles on it, but most of the parts are new on the car. The interior is basically flawless except in the picture which shows wear on the driver seat from customers getting in and out of the car frequently. There is small blemish on the carbon side blades which is pictured. There is a small scratch near the rear R8 badge which is pictured (its hardly noticiable. I wouldn’t even consider it a real scratch) the car literally looks, feels, drives, like its almost brand new. Nobody in the world would ever guess it even has 30k miles on it muchless 130k. I encourage all interested parties to please come and inspect the car in person here in Las Vegas. You will not believe your eyes. Ive driven this car to Phoenix, and to San Diego, ETC. It is amazingly comfortable, and has never once broken down on me. People go absolutely crazy when the car. It is like you're an instant celebrity. People always taking pictures, filming videos, requesting to rev or accelerate.
Final comments:
All test drives will be preformed by me (sorry but I cant have everybody coming over just to try and joy ride my supercar) if you are interested and would like to let me hold a deposit I will gladly let you drive the car while I ride as passenger. As I stated previously this car is my baby. I want the new owner to treat it the same way I do. I am trying to be as descriptive and as informative as I can possibly be. I will always be here to help the future buying with any questions or info that they need from me. I don’t care if they call or email me years down the road I will always help in anyway I can. There are no hidden flaws or problems. The car runs and drives excellent. There are no check engine lights (or any other bad lights on the dashboard for that matter) there are no leaks or any other flaws besides what I mentioned. Remember this is not some salvage title base model V8. This is a FULLY LOADED, tastefully modded, clean title Audi R8. Ive always treated it as it deserved to be. Im absolutely heart broken to be selling this car, but my girlfriend is 4mo pregnant and we need to buy a house ASAP. Therefore the R8 is going to be my down payment money… I will be filming and uploading a video of a full 360 walk around, full interior inspection, and engine starting, running, and view of gauge cluster to show exact miles and to show that there are no abnormal check engine lights. Today is 11-4-16 and im out of town for about a week so I will film the video when I get back into town. I extremely encourage anybody looking at this listing to come view the car in person. You will fall in love. This is your chance to own the car of your dream while still while not being broke afterwards as if you would have paid the 190k retail price plus the 30k in mods. I still have every single stock parts including the wheels. All stock parts will be given to the new owner. If I have troubles selling the car in its current configuration, I may consider selling it for 10k less without all the Carbon mods and ADV.1 wheels. If I didn’t have a child on the way I wouldn’t be selling it.
