2000 Audi TT 2 Dr Turbo Hatchback Five-speed stick shift
2000 Audi TT standard Description
I'm selling this for a very good friend of mine who has enjoyed this wonderful car the last 12 years and now is ready to let go. Up for your consideration is a 2000 Audi TT 1.8 L four-cylinder turbo Five-speed Stick shift in almost all original condition. This car was driven very little in the last 12 years to the tune of approximately 10,000 miles. This car has always been garage kept and only used on Weekends or special events and has never been a daily driver. Never wrecked or rusted with all its original paint. Feel free to check the vehicle history. Our local Audi dealer Just serviced this for AC check, oil change, radio and windows recoded after the battery was replacing. The instrument cluster display showing which doors and hatch are open have a few burned-out diodes that the dealer pointed out and only affects the visual aspect. The radio has a built-incassette player with the optional six disc CD changer located behind the driver, both were check and work fine. I may be the only person who still has cassettes. After 16 years the headliner was in need of replacing and some custom fabrication of interior pieces for the lift gate were fabricated due to the brittleness of the plastic. The interior is in near perfect shape with some average ware on the drivers leather seat (see picture). Drivers and passenger seat are also heated. Also comes with the factory front floormats and some aftermarket weather tech formats with the TT molded in.The exterior is in near perfect shape although it does have a 2 tiny dents and a few small scratches that Audi said should polish out.The largest and is on the right rear quarter panel front of the wheel. It's approximately 6 inches long and does not damage the paint. The dealer tried to contact the painless dent repairman but they never return his call. They may be able to remove this with a electromagnet tool. The second is a tiny dent the size of a pencil eraser on one of the body lines on the Passengersdoor. Barely noticeable and I didn't take a picture because it's really not that important as the other pictures I've taken. The wheels do have a few scratches from curbs due to the poor design that they stick out further than the tire but there's only a few. The tires will need replaced. She was going to replace them but I told her let the new owner choose what tires they want, performance or durability. This car would make a great addition to a car collector looking for a car with low miles, A GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFT for that special someone or just something to have fun with on the weekends. I put a reserve price to keep the" buy it now" up for as long as I can. She did her homework on finding a fair price to ask for this low miles car and after many discussions these are the figures are what we came up with. Very few if any she found with under 50,000 miles. I am able to hold this until the holidays if you choose buying it for a gift. Please email me with any questions and I'll be happy to answer them. This is available to look at and drive during daylight hours and on the weekends only.Get off the phone, leave the drinks at home and put some serious and fun driving back into your life. Driving automatics is boring. And please, serious inquires only.
