2001 Audi A4 Description

I am selling my 2001 Audi A4 1.8T 5 Speed manual with 82k original miles. Black with Gray leather interior. Runs and drives excellent with no mechanical issues. Interior is in great shape, no rips or tears in the leather. Exterior is in very good shape as well, some minor dings and scratches are present but overall it looks good.
I have put A LOT of money into it in the past year including:
New brakes
New clutch
APR stage 1 tuning
Set of used B6 S4 rims
New tires
Cold air intake
Turbo inlet pipe
42 draft design 3" turbo back exhaust with cat delete and o2 sensor restrictor (for no check engine light)
New valve cover gasket
Raceland adjustable coil overs
Rear shock mounts
20%tints all around
*ALL COMPLETED IN 2016*
Only things not fixed:
Rear passenger window goes down but doesn't come up so well
Center armrest leather cover is gone so it's just a plastic cover
Airbag light is on and needs a module to clear
Hood and roof paint have some dulling which I've been told can be buffed out but I haven't gotten around to it.
There is much more invested in the car than what I'm asking so please no ridiculous offers but anything reasonable will be considered. It's a fun car to drive, handles well, with the security of awd. I am moving and don't have enough parking spaces for all the toys. Also comes with original rims and tires with less than 5k miles on them plus full size spare.
