This is a Beautiful 2013 Audi S5 Prestige Quattro All-Wheel-Drive with the supercharged V6 engine and 6-speed manual transmission. This car has the 4-year/48k mile factory Audi warranty. This car was female owed by the finance manager of a large Dealership group. It has been regularly serviced, and is in need of nothing but a new home. We have both sets keys/remotes, the full set of floor mats, and all of the glovebox manuals.

This S5 is like new in all respects, and an absolute pleasure to drive. It is also equipped with the navigation system, backup camera, power panoramic roof, heated leather sport seats, the keyless system, bluetooth, and awesome sound system by Bang & Olufsen with phone/I-Pod connector as well as SD and SIM card slots.

This S5 runs flawlessly. The supercharged engine accelerates like a rocket, and the transmission shifts crisply. A complete new set of premium ZR rated 19" tires were installed a few months ago, and all of the brakes are brand new. The oil & filter and the air filter were replaced this week. All maintenance is up to date and there is no service due on this car. There aren’t any warning lights on, and this Audi is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere.

The exterior of this S5 looks Gorgeous. The Phantom Black Pearl paint is super glossy and clean over the entire body with only a few stone nicks. There aren't any dents, dings or scratches. This car has never been in an accident or had any body repairs, and all of the paint is original. The alloy wheels are bright and clean with only minor lip rash. There is no body rust at all, and undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition.

The interior is crisp, clean and like new. All of the leather seats, carpeting and interior panels and trim are in perfect condition. There aren’t any stains or other damage on anything inside this car. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors.

The vehicle history report is clean. The title is clean and clear, and there aren’t any liens or encumbrances. This is a gorgeous car that runs beautifully, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this Audi anywhere in the country.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

PICK-UP:

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
