2007 Audi RS4 Description

Beautifully-maintained Phantom Black Pearl exterior, black-leather interior with Carbon Fiber trim Audi RS4. I have had this car since June 2014. The car currently has 69,900 miles on it. I have all of the service records from when the previous owner took ownership of the vehicle at approximately 19,000 miles on the odometer. During my ownership, the car has always been garage-kept and never driven in bad weather. I have another vehicle for my winter driving. No racing done or smoking in the vehicle. No accidents. Never abused. Always used synthetic oil and "Top Tier" 93 octane gasoline. Includes all manuals, service records and receipts, and 2 sets of keys. Probably did not need it but I had a brand new OEM clutch kit installed (clutch disc and all the necesssary parts and the flywheel--total cost was about $3200) by my local Audi dealership (Knopf Automotive). This kit was installed 10/2/14 with 63,848 miles on the car (just over 6,000 miles ago). This car has a completely clean title as proven by the Carfax report. This car does have a remaining fully-transferable Audi FACTORY warranty left on it which runs out 8/30/2016 or 104,523 miles, whichever comes first. This is the Audi Pure Protection warranty with the Platinum coverage. It is incredibly comprehensive in what it covers and I have the complete paperwork ready for transfer to the new owner. The previous owner paid $4,920.00 for this warranty so that gives you some idea of how comprehensive it actually is. This RS4 does have the Premium Package which includes the auto-dimming mirrors, navigation system, upgraded Bose audio system, heated front and rear seats, Homelink, power rear sunshade, Bluetooth capability, and a 6-disc CD changer in the glovebox. The car is factory-spec except for the replacement of the OEM springs with a set of H & R springs done by the previous owner by his local Audi dealership at 28,516 miles. I have the original OEM springs that will come with the purchase of the car. I do have a set of Audi all-weather rubber floor mats and a custom-fitted front sunshade that come with the car also. Transmission and rear differential fluids were replaced at 59,930 miles. Spark plugs were replaced at 60,223 miles. The car's interior is near perfect and the exterior has just a few small, minor surface scratches and a single larger scratch on the passenger side door trim piece which was there when I purchased the car but certainly not a major issue at all. Wheels are in excellent condition. This car really needs nothing. It is a joy to drive. As you probably already know, the V8 is a beast and it sounds unbelievable. I really hate to sell this car but we are trying to do some major upgrades to our home. I do have a loan on the car. It is with a credit union located in Harrisburg which is about 1 and 1/2 hours from my home. I have already discussed the sale of my vehicle with them and they have the title "in-house" ready to hand over once the loan balance is satisfied that exact day. I am accepting cash payment or by a cashier's check but, as per my credit union representative, the cashier's check must be "able to be verified over the telephone" in order for the title to be released to me that same day. If the cashier's check cannot be verified over the phone it may cause a delay of the title release for up to "10 to 14 days" as per the credit union which would unfortunately require two trips to Harrisburg by myself and the buyer. I am just stating these details explicitly here now so there is no confusion or surprise on the completion of the sale to the buyer.
