1998 Audi A4 Description

I've got a 1998 Audi A4 1.8T B5 Body Style Manual Transmission.
The battery is currently dead as it has been sitting for quite some time, but last I remember had around 180,000 miles.
Pros:
- Full Stage 1 upgrade.
- Brand new coil packs.
- Brand new timing belt, water pump, coolant flange, spark plugs, serpentine belt, fuel injectors.
- Interior is in fantastic condition apart from the usual driver's seat split in the center.
- Heated seats work amazing.
- Paint is basically flawless.
- JHM Short-Shift kit.
- Has been very well maintained and has not been abused.
- 2 sets of wheels and tires. One all-season and one for winter. The winter tires have probably 2 more seasons in them and the all-seasons have one-two more seasons.
Cons:
- Has been sitting for close to a year as I was debating/figuring out what I wanted to do.
- Very minor hail damage from the recent storm a couple months ago.
- Ran great before it sat because of check engine light.
Symptoms:
- Misfire on Cylinder 2. Had a semi-rough idle, but under load would run great. Feels as if it may have some sort of short and SCR Performance in Loveland Colorado said it may be a wiring harness issue. If you are a mechanic have somewhere to store it while working on it you would have a great car. I would rather not sell and wait until spring to work on it, but I do not have room/anywhere to store it.
- My attempts to solve it were as follows; Fuel injectors, coil packs, spark plugs, MAF sensor, and ICM delete.
Like I said, the car has been babied and has been well taken care of. I got it to start fine once I jumped in about 3 months ago, but recently the battery seems quite low. The battery is under warranty though. Has NEVER been in an accident and I have plenty of extra parts and bits.
