2003 Audi Allroad Description

130k miles on this 2003 engine. Runs great! If you are looking at this car, then you know everyone sells them for more, and forget to do timing belts, leaky oil $eals, and leaking air bag suspension parts. I did all that and more...Until a new problem croppe dup. The common Torque converter failure! It has not failed yet, but the symptoms are there.
So go bid or buy another for more $ and get buried doing all of the needed work they ALL require.EVERY ALLROAD IS BORN DISEASED if you don't fix them right.
I own many cars, and always liked these. I decided to find a nice one, complete routine servicing, and drive it. Well, I drove it for a bit just after getting the timing belt$, ho$es, and other engine seals done. Documented dealer receipts go with the sale of the car. I bought them all at the dealer.
The sound of marbles in the bellhousing...could only be the Torque converter.
The Transmission/ torque converter is going after doing timing service and assorted hoses, etc. Hear and drive it. Just afraid it is a ticking time bomb. I'm not putting in a TC, just moving it on to the next enthusiast.
Stacks of current receipts from Nalley Audi. I am beyond upside down on this one.
No worldpac parts. You know, the little hoses and bits that don't quite fit. We only used AUDI part$.
VCDS on site for a scan.
Air pump and bags are Arnott. It works! Goes up and down. I do have the center cap back on the front wheel.

You can drive it, but no telling when the TC will go out. It is evident and makes noise in Neutral, most of the time. Then in drive etc, it seems to be fine.
You see my feedback for the last 15 years? Good, ...now roll the dice on this car.
