2012 Audi A6 Premium Plus Sedan 4-Door Description

Very good condition, 44K miles. Clean carfax (have copies), no accidents or maintenance issues. This car was leased for 3 years and I bought it as a certified pre-owned when they turned it in. The CPO warrantee is in force through late summer 2017. Brand new tires, fresh oil change, just detailed.
It's had no maintenance incidents and would be in perfect condition if not for a few parking scuffs on the rear bumper and wheels and a minor scrape at left front (see picture). White outside, beige leather inside.
This is the "premium plus" edition with adaptive cruise control, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, navigation, backup camera, leather seats, driver assistance package (lane alerts, auto collision avoidance, etc).
