2009 Audi A4 Premium Plus Description

Still smells new. Lowest mileage A4 Avant for sale anywhere in the US (that I can find, anyway). Yes, 18,300 miles.
Bought new and owned by a guy who takes care of his cars and gear - this guy. No food, no pets, no smoking, no hauling plants, no... hey kids! oh no, notwith those muddy boots, you're not getting in here. Let's take mom's car instead.
Over the years, this deep sea blue beauty has had its regular love: service at Fletcher Jones in Chicagowith Audi Care, Audi service bulletins, hand car washes almost only by me with good smelling German car care products, newer battery, fluid flushes, etc. That reminds me, the Avant says an oil change should be scheduled now - I can get that done. But inside and out, the car shows it got ongoing attention. Paint gleams, virtually no swirl marks. Interior leather and carpet are supple and clean. OEM floor mats were never used, always used the Weathertechs since new (I'll include those too).
Life does bring a few dings and stone chips, and that's pretty much all this car has. Some little nicks on the nose, a minor door ding on the passenger side (no chip, just a small fingerprint impression), maybe a door sill scuffor two. Most of this stuff won't photograph, except the scrape on and under the right chin spoiler. Hidden corner of a parking stop a few years ago (so mad. SO mad.).
Everything works just as you'd expect. I'd keep it indefinitely except for a jobchange andsome garage space challenges. I can NOT bring myself to put it on the street. Anything for you to do other than enjoy it? Well, I've been thinking about new tires. Even though there's tread left, there are better options than these original Pirelli P6s. I've balanced them a couple of times and the fellas have pointed out they don't road force balance well. So I can feel vibration once in a while when they get out of sync at say 70 mph.
Need more pics, details about optionsor want to convince me to go full car geek and keep a precious wagon? Just check in. Maybe you better go for it before I change my mind, actually.
