Full service just completed including a full check up and valve covers. If you are like me, you have always lusted after an S4 Wagon but could never find one nice enough to call your own. You have probably also read about the timing chain and tensioners. I could never sleep restfully at night not knowing if I had the dreaded tensioner problem so I paid an Audi specialist to go in through the valve cover and camera scope the timing chain and tensioners. He took pictures (two are attached) and a couple of videos to make absolutely positive that the problem didn't exist. To my delight, it passed with flying colors! This Audi is only for someone that will take good care of it and appreciate it for what it is. If you are looking for something special that makes you smile every time you open up the garage door, and maybe even do a double take to make sure she's alright at night, this is the one.
Although this S4 is in amazing condition, it is not new. If you are looking for a new car, please buy a new car. Three things of note: there is a small ding in the passenger side front fender. No paint damage or cracking but it's there. Also, someone stole the navigation disc so that will need replaced. Lastly, some of the gray paint on the front grille license plate holder is peeling. Car is listed for sale locally so mileage will increase. Overall, an exceptional car that is a joy to drive.
