2005 Audi Allroad 2.7T Description

One Family owned since new. I just bought it from my step-father who got a new car. I was going to fix and drive it, but don't have the time to figure it out. This car runs and drives really well, but needs a few things done.Comfortable and quick around town and serene on the highway. Adjustable air suspension works fine.
Computer ODB communication with MA state inspection computers needs to be sorted out. It communicates just fine with my mechanic's ODB tools. Will not pass Massachusetts inspection until this is resolved. Mechanic says it's the state's archaic software that is the problem. State says it's something to do with the replaced transmission module.

Needs work:Oil leaks from driver's side turbo (uses 1 quart/month)Upper control arm bushings need to be replacedCV boots/1 joint is clickingHole in back bumper plasticSome scratches on passenger doorAlloy wheels/hub caps have some discolorationTears in leather on driver's seat (have replacement bottom cushion)Transmission control module was replaced due to getting wet in passenger footwell because of clogged windshield/sunroof drains. Everything works fine and mechanic says computers are fine, but Massachusetts inspection computers can't communicate with it. Message is "not supported" No one can tell me how to fix it so it will not pass Massachusetts inspection.
