REASON FOR REBUILT TITLE

Now for the history of this car, this car was driven into some high water hydro locking the engine. It had barely sucked water into one of the engine chambers resulting in low compression in one of the pistons.

Insurance company took over the car and sold it at the auction with water title.

We found an engine with only 5k miles and replaced it with the one in the car.Now this RS5 has an extremely low mileage engine.

We can provide the documentation on the new engine for mileage confirmation.

Besides the engine, there was no other damage to this car.

This is an accident free car, all body panels and paint is factory original.

WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, below is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:

Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, Insurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled, not always.

Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, Insurance will pay off the owner.

If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, if the car is not recovered in thirty days, Insurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, it is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it.

We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, extremely minor fender bender, theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage.

In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage.

Now for Rebuilt title, once the repairs are completed, car is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, which means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title. With rebuilt title, buyer can simply walk into the DMV and get the car registered without any repair documents or inspection work.

Liquidated Damages

In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Choice of Law & Forum

Sales Tax & Other Fees

All Buyers in the State ofTexaswill be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State ofTexaswill be done by Precision Autos.

Temporary Tag(60 days)will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit.

There will be a$200 mandatory chargeattached to all sales to cover the costs of a safety inspection, notary fees, administrative fees and a light detail.
