2003 Audi A4 3.0 Quattro Description

Hello,
I have a Clean 3.0 6speed for sell, His name is QS (Quick Silver). I'm open to reasonable offer.***
I'm posting this while waiting the avail queue for doing the clutch (quote for 1.5k+- for New DMF, Clutch kit, with L&T in Allentown). If I could sell the car before spent on the clutch, I'll do it due to I'm a graduate student and plan to leave the country by the end of the year.
I'm a second owner and the car is clean and well maintained thorugh out its life. Full option (minus rear heated seats), still have RNS-E (my friend is bugging to buy from me) with the 2014 map disc; Roof rack with 2 bikes carrier. Car is sitting on stock suspension with 17" stock sport rims (All 5) -- I swap the original 16" 3.0 rims years ago.
Here is the carfax report. All maintenance history will come with the car. (I'll find sometime to scan them later if needed.)

As for the clutch symptom; mostly clutch is still fine for now, but DMF is at the end of its life (it has been on-and-off, one day vibrating and the other day no sign); at this point it is vibrating/shaking so I stop driving since the symptom obvious...
As for the car general condition:
1. Overall good body, good interior, tire has life left for a season or two
2. All around new break, both pads and rotors are lots of life..; new flex pipe on Apr 2016
3. New Passenger side Camlobe (top half engine), by dealer in July 2012 -- has receipt..
4. Timing belt and water pump done at 120k (documented)
5. Meticulously maintained overal ~ every maintenance in a folder, even on a minor thing..
