2001 Audi TT Quattro Description

Absolutely Awesome car. 100600 miles approx, may go up slightly during listing. Kind of a unicorn to find one of these with this combo. Black, with rare optional interior (everyone compliments it) in the highly preferred 225 hp version with the six speed MANUAL transmission.
I noticed that the vehicle report shows failed emissions in July. That is correct. I replaced both O2 sensors AND the catalytic converter (major $$$) and it just passed, have the slip to confirm and tags are good until 07-17.
Runs great. Within last 1000 miles put on some Michelin AS3 Tires and had a alignment done. NEW catalytic converter installed as well and primary and secondary O2 sensors. No cel lights and just passed emissions here in washington state and has good tags. Clean title in hand. Runs and drives great. Extremely clean interior and good exterior. With a detail the paint would be fantastic. Had the Bently OEM shop manual as well as the almost always not included tonneau cover for when the top is down.
Only known cons are common ones: Glove box lock broken BUT opens and closes and stays closed....some pixels out on the computer display which I have yet to see one that doesn't have some out....rear defroster wire needs to be soldered back on. Never used it/needed it so never bothered with it. Some scuffs on the rims but could be repaired. Nothing too major but I am picky so trying to point out what comes to mind as to any and all issues. Needs a new belly pan, which is easy to do. Was going to do the panzer aluminum plate mod but didn't get to it.
This is a rare version without the heated seats or Bose Stereo, which is a plus. Easy to upgrade stereo if desired without dealing with the bose wiring and amplifier issues.
Shifts perfect, no grinds. All Power accessories work as they should. Good glass all the way around.
