2011 BMW 1-Series Description

For sale is my pride and joy. My 2011 BMW 1 Series M. I have corrected everything that BMW missed in the R&D and production process in a tasteful manor. See description below.
I am the second owner and bought the car stock with 17k miles. It has been garage kept since I have owned it and doesn't come out when it is raining, snowing or when there is salt on the road. The car is in great condition!
There were only 740 BMW 1 Series M's imported into the USA. Of which, only 157 were black on black and less than 75 had the factory navigation option. That makes 1 of 75..... MSRP was just under $50k in 2011 and the value have risen steadily since. In the market you can find low mile examples ranging anywhere from $50 to $65k stock. This example is far from stock!
I have tracked the car once at a 1/2 mile roll race event at Pocono raceway just to see what it would do. I consistently beat heavily modded and tuned M2, M235 and 135 M-Sport all running 110 octane (I only run 93). I was in the 140's with easy and there was still some pull to go. I also beat a stock but tuned M4 running 110 octane and had fun with a new Porsche 911 Turbo S.
