2006 BMW M3 Description

I picked this car up to help out a friend who needed to get rid of it. He is a member on here, and has known the car since 2010. It was purchased new and has been in the hands of 3 responsible owners. Absolutely no accidents, the Carfax shows nothing but positive history on this car. I planned on keeping the car, but want to buy something with black interior and lower miles. This is an awesome opportunity for someone to get into a great color combo 06 without having to pay EAG or a private party ridiculous money. I am happy to ship or the car can be picked up in Raleigh NC.
As soon as I took the car into my possession, I brought it to my master mechanic that runs the local Porsche and BMW Indy shop, and has been through hundreds of these cars. He and I both know what to look for in an e46 m3 and after driving this car I was sold. He had a similar reaction. The car is not cosmetically perfect, but it shifts smooth, pulls hard, and has had all of the preventative items taken care of.

Blackstone Reports done that reported absolutely no wear on the rod bearings
No subframe cracks whatsoever, I spent an hour underneath the car this week
Slight seepage from CPV, needs new gasket. Other than that, no leaks around the car, underbody is clean
Notes about the car:
The car has 137k miles, it is by no means a garage queen, this car has been driven and enjoyed as BMW intended it to be. The maintenance is there to back this car up for another 137k and beyond. This car does not need anything but a new home and someone who wants to drive it. The front end has a good number of rock chips, it could easily be resprayed or left alone. Me and the PO did not want to touch them to leave the originality of the car. This car could easily become a stunning example though with some time and money. The Imola shows well and the paint still looks very nice. There are some pdr removable dents around the car, I am not touching these though as I want to leave that up to the next owner. The nav screen has a few dead pixels, like they all do, you can replace the screen for 200 dollars or just enjoy the car as it is.
Things I would address:
New PSS tires on the 19's or source a set of 18'sDr. Colorchip the various paint chips on the front endRefresh some of the rubber trim
VIN: WBSBL93466PN65414
I am going to list this car at 18k, it is ALOT of car for the money, and will likely drive better than any low mileage garage queen. The car has thousands poured into maintenance at the dealer, the vanos and alternator are still under BMW Warranty. Whoever buys this car will not be disappointed in how well it drives.
Happy to show CarFax to any interested parties.
