2009 BMW 3-Series Description

Vehicles was hit on the front passenger side. Was well maintained and works perfectly before the accident but is being sold as is for repair or parts.
Damage is visible on the:

We recently received notice that the air bags have been recalled and can be replaced by the dealer at no cost.
Rare montego blue color
Paint has very very minor blemishes aside from the collision damage.
The vehicle was salvaged and is still inspected in NY until November of 2016
Run flat tires
Battery was installed by the dealer less than 1 month from the accident
The water pump, assembly, housing, hoses, etc were replaced 1 month before the accident
Some Ac lines and compressor replaced 6 months prior.
Wheels and tires were all fairly new
Pictures show a dual cone filter intake. The car will come with the original BMW intake and will not come with the cone filters
The mileage is a close estimate as the cars positive battery cable locked with the accident I can't get the exact mileage.
