We are selling a 2010 BMW 328xi (AWD) that came to us via new car dealership trade.

This BMW 328xi luxury sedan is in extremely well kept condition. It is obvious that it was garage kept and the previous owner took pride in their vehicle. The car starts right up, and runs and drives perfectly. The transmission shifts as it should. The brakes stop well. And it runs down the road straight. This car has low miles for its age and it’s in better condition than most 3-4 year old cars I see on a regular basis. We are a wholesaler and make our living buying and selling cars through the dealer auctions. We only retail the best, cleanest units we get to the public.

It is finished in a beautiful dark grey metallic paint that still maintains its shine. The Black leather interior seriously looks like no one has ever sat in it.

UPGRADED HID HEADLIGHTS

In order to upgrade both the appearance and the performance of this car, we replaced the original 17” wheels with a set of VMR 19” M3 CSL style wheels. They greatly improve both the handling and appearance of the car. This wheel and tire package is worth approx $2000.00. The car rides on an almost brand new set of tires. I have personally driven this vehicle and it rides smooth and tracks straight at 80 mph +.

This car has only traveled 70,000 miles in its pampered life.

There are no check engine lights, strange noises or fluid leaks. The engine is quiet, smooth and powerful. These BMW 3 series are great reliable cars. They offer a very good balance of size, comfort, and power yet still get remarkable fuel economy. The 3 series has set the standard that all other cars have attempted to follow as far as the “sports sedan” model. They drive and handle like a performance car, while having the practicality of a family sedan. This particular BMW has the optional Xdrive all wheel drive system that makes it a great performer in virtually all weather conditions.

This particular car will make a great family car, commuter car, or a safe and reliable first car for your new driver.

This vehicle has been through our shop and has been completely serviced and evaluated. When we got the car, the rear bumper had a rather large scrape due to a superficial impact, We had the rear bumper professionally refinished and it looks like brand new. The car has a fresh oil change for the new owner. This vehicle checked out clear and has no known mechanical issues at this time.

Now every used car has its cosmetic flaws – otherwise it wouldn’t be used! Here is what our inspection has revealed:

• Two dings noted on the hood of theVehicle
• Some minor superficial scratches noted on the front bumper

I have tried to photograph all the flaws as best I can so there are no surprises.

Overall it’s a VERY nice car especially for the year. I would rate it an 9.5 /10 overall and I’m VERY picky with cars. I tend to be overly critical and under describe cars, but I’d rather you be impressed when you get your new car rather than disappointed due to the unrealistic descriptions that many dealers offer. Any inspections must take place on site at our facility, and be concluded before the end of the auction. NJ residents MUST pay 7% sales tax in addition to the winning price of the bid. No exceptions. Out of state residents must pay their own taxes when they go to register the car in their local municipality.

All purchasers (including dealers) must pay a $199 documentation fee, which covers the cost of overnight mail and title transfer, ebay fees etc. Temporary vehicle tags are available to both in state and out of state residents, they cost $25. Non-resident temp tags are valid for 20 days from the date of issuance. Resident temp tags are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All cars are sold as-is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. All retail customers will be obligated to sign an as-is where is acknowledgement as part of the purchase paperwork.
