Preface: I'm a collector. I like to collect intriguing or beautiful mechanical pieces and then take care of them / enjoy them until it's time to sell. Over the last 15-years I've acquired a few cool toys, but now it's time to sell them and move on to the next phase. For sale in this ad is a 1990 BMW E30 M3. Arguably the best handling sports car chassis ever made. If you're looking at this you're obviously aware of the E30's iconic status, and the M3 is the pinnacle of Mechanical Design / Engineering. This car is a driver. I've had it for 13-years and I've driven it for 13-years. It runs just as smooth and strong as when I bought her. She currently has Ground Control coil overs with adjustable camber plates, strut bars, Bigger (Racing Dynamics) sway bars with adjustable endlinks, Ireland Engineering Sway Bar reinforcements, TMS Subframe reinforcements, Sparco Racing seats, Momo Steering wheel and Shifter, UUC Evo short shifter, and SSR 17x7.5" wheels with Toyo Tires. This car corners completely flat with near perfect weight distribution. There is a bolt-in half cage currently in the car. I had big plans to turn this car into a completely spec'd / legal race car with a welded in cage, but just never had the funds / patience to let her sit around in a shop for a year or two; come every spring I always wanted to drive her. Last year I had the crankshaft machined / rebalanced and the bearings (crank & rod) replaced. I also replaced the main seals and slave cylinder. She shifts and purrs like a kitten now. Until 6,500 RPM... then she makes your ears bleed! haha! Check out my other auctions for the other 2 BMWs in the photos : ) Check out my YouTube Channel for start-ups / walkarounds m/ -_- m/ |
