2005 BMW X5 4.8 is Description

This 2005 BMW X5 4.8is with only 48,000 miles was originally purchased new by my Father and at the time was one of two in the state. You could only get this color red in the 4.8is. It has been meticulously maintained and stored in a heated garage its whole life.
All maintenance records have been kept and only full synthetic fluids have been used and premium gasoline.
The original sticker price on this vehicle was $72,595 but does not include all of the options.

I purchased this from my now 70 year old father in the spring. It turns out I need/use my truck a lot more then I need this, and I refuse to park either one outside. (I only have 1 garage stall) So I have been trading off keeping one vehicle at my folk's house in Hastings which just isn't practical.
I hate to see it go but I think it deserves an owner who will drive it every day and truly appreciate it.
This thing really turns heads and I get compliments on it all the time. No one can believe it is 11 years old.
It is flawless besides a minor blemish near left exhaust pipe (barely noticeable) and typical but minor BMW wear on the steering wheel.
