The engine is factory stock . The BMW was in an accident in 2005 and received a salvage title but for no reason when I bought the vehicle I have received a CLEAN TITLE from state DMV so yes the vehicle does have a clean title in hand . The accident was on passenger side on the driver door and fender and has been fixed very good . I owned it for 3 years and now I have to upgrade to SUV due to a new baby born .
