1994 BMW 3-Series Convertible Description

Here's your Winter project. I have done a lot of mechanical work to get this sports car ready for you. What it needs now is paint, a little bodywork, and upholstery. I have replaced the rubber drive-line joint, it has a new clutch and slave cylinder. I've replaced all the engine and transmission mounts. It has new shocks, brake pads, and brake sensors, and rotors on all four corners. I've added new headlight bulbs and custom clear front turn signals. Door handle trim and switches have been replaced. It has a new top as of 2009. The in dash computer has been upgraded but I still have the old unit.
It has a Sony stereo but you will want to upgrade the speakers.
I rebuilt the battery box which is a usual place for corrosion. The battery is brand new as of 09/18/16.
Tires are very good with plenty of tread left. AC Has new belt and charge, blows nice and cold. The 5 speed transmission shifts perfectly.
A repaint would be nice, there are a few dents that need to be attended to as part of that effort. These show up in the pictures as right front, left front, and driver door. There is a slight dented area on the right door. I have repaired the door panels but have not reinstalled them. The seats need to be recovered and the carpet needs a good cleaning. The car is certainly drivable as it is.
When it is completed it will be a wonderful and exciting car for Sunday cruises or as a daily driver.
