Model Overview

BMW’s Z4 lineupfeatures bothcoupe and roadsters 2007, as well as three different engines. All models are well equipped and carry styling that has generated much discussion among automotive cognoscenti. The Z4’s lines set it apart from the rest of its segment and the car’s superb road manners back up the promises made by its exotic shape. The base 3.0i roadster uses BMW’s super 3.0L DOHC inline six-cylinder engine. It has four valves per cylinder, dual intake tracks, andsteplesslyvariable intake and exhaust-valve timing toeffect215 horsepower. The 3.0si coupe and roadster use a version of the same engine, with three-stage intake, to produce 255 horsepower. All of these models match their engines to slick shifting six-speed transmissions, and six speed autos with paddles mounted on the steering wheel are optional. Standard features on the 3.0i roadster include dynamic stability control, traction control, 17 inch alloy wheels, anti-lock brakes, automatic headlights, fog lights, power heated mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, and air conditioning. The 3.0siaddsdual exhaust, leather seat trim, and on-board computer, automatic climate control, an upgraded audio system with Carver technology and 2 subwoofers, aluminum interior trim. The M roadster and coupe step up to a 3.2L inline six that generates an eye-popping 220 horsepower. With a curb weight of 3,230 pounds, the M coupe only needs a reported 5.0 seconds to reach 60 mph from a standstill. In addition to the stellarpowerplant, the M cars have a host of performance upgrades, including a variable differential lock,sifferstabilizer bars, larger wheels, better brakes, exhaust tweaks, and dynamic driving control, Xenon headlights, beefier seat bolsters, and a go-fast steering wheel are all part of the package as well. The M roadster has an automatic soft top versus the standard manual top on the other roadsters. A premium package is available on all models, and it adds auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors, power seats with driver position memory, extra storage features, Bluetooth and afour yearsubscription to BMW assist. On the 3.0i it also adds automatic climate control, while the 3.0si gets xenon headlights. Other notable options include high definition radio, heated seats, a navigation system, and wood interior trim. A sport package is available on the 3.0si. In includes18 inchalloys low profile performance tires, a lowered ride height courtesy of a tuned suspension and dynamic control.

This car is a beast….333HP, from the factory and then we installed a supercharger bumping it up to 570HP. When you step on the gas it tickles your stomach and causes ladies to scream out! This is the fastest best handling BMW that I've ever driven. I took it to the local drag strip and ran a high 11 second pass at 118 MPH. This was done while taking off easy so I'm sure it's much faster.

Added ceramic coated headers and cat bypass. Not loud but sounds great.

handles amazingly due to adding 19" OEM BMW CSI wheels and tires. Tires have less then 500 miles on them they are wider then the factory wheels and tires. 6 speed manual transmission with a weighted shifter knob, this really makes it shift better. . Installed AMSOIL oil in transmissio, engine,gearbox and rear end

The rear wing is carbon fiber . If you look hard you can see the lower panels below doors going from rear wheel to front well have been changed. These to are a factory OEM racing item. OEM Premium Package includes 8 way power seats with 3 way driver memory, Xenon headlights, auto dimming mirrors, BMW assist with Bluetooth AR wireless Technology, and Cruise Control, 3 Stage Heated Front Seats, Carbon Leather Interior Trim (rare) and more. This was the last year of the tried and true 6 cylinder and with the engine and wheel upgrade its truly one of a kind.

If you can't afford the car I might consider keeping these wheels and installing back the factory ones. This will drop the price by say 3500.00
