I had the privilege of driving this vehicle for the last 3 years and put about 28k miles on it. As my car collection continues to expand, I no longer have space for this vehicle and unfortunately need to find a new home for it. I own other exotic cars (including a Ferrari 430 Scuderia, Masterati, Tesla, AMG's, other BMW M cars), and am no stranger to making sure each one is properly maintained at the dealership and well taken care of. Whoever is fortunate enough to win this auction willreceivea true M-car with timeless styling, world class handling/braking, and a naturally aspirated V10 engine pumping out 500 horsepower.
The car has a rebuilt title due to a front end accident many years ago (car was fully repaired prior my purchase). I bought the vehicle with a mechanical problem (initially thought it was an oil pump/VANOS problem). After determining the oil pump was not the issue, I began essentially rebuilding the bottom half of the engine. Through this process, no expense was spared with my intentions being to keep this car for a few years. All parts purchased were FACTORY BMW parts (have documentation - nearly $8500 in just parts). The crank shaft, barrings, internal oil hoses, VANOS actuators, spark plugs, flywheel pressure plate, and clutch disk were replaced and all fluids were flushed and changed (including brake fuid, etc). Since then, the car has been garage kept, given me no problems, and has been driven 2-3 times per week (put about 28k miles on the car). The brakes are strong and tires have about 8k miles on them (replaced about 6 months ago). Essentially you are getting a car with many major mechanical engine components that only have about 28k miles on them.
Title is in-hand and vehicle is ready to go. Car is located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and in-person inspections are encouraged and available any day of the week.
