1995 BMW 3-Series 325ic Description

This is aNO RESERVEauction, meaning thatthe highest bidder at the end of the auction wins, regardless of the final price!
The vehicle DOES NOT run. It will turn over, but it will not crank completely.You are responsible for towing or the shipping of the vehicle.
The vehicle has been sitting for approximately 3 months, due to me not being able to get it to start.I drove the BMW to a city near me (a 60 mile roundtrip) and upon returning it into my carport, it would not crank the next morning. The car drove completely fine and the problem is beyond my mechanical expertise.
I was debating to have it towed to the nearest BMW shop in my area, but they quoted me $115 a hour to find out what the problem is. I figured that I would just let it go to someone who has the knowledge and time to play with it. I've been told that it may be the crank position sensor or the cam position sensor.I AM NOT saying that is the actual problem.
Needs:The vehicle will need a top and tires.The driver side door needs a new latch.The vehicle will need fog lights.Possibly a new battery.
The seats are made of brown leather and black python skin (i guess?).Push button start, as the original ignition went out.I receive nothing but compliments on the vehicle. It definitely can gather a crowd and turn heads.
Overall, this would make a good dependable car after the proper repairs have been made.

I am a private seller and as is true for any previously used vehicle, this car is not perfect and any potential buyer should not expect such. There will be multiple items on this vehicle that show age, use, wear, and may require repair or replacement. Please refer to the complete listing above and remember your eBay obligations. By bidding and winning this auction, you are agreeing to purchase the vehicle described above.

Deposit

A five hundred ($500) NONREFUNDABLE deposit is due within twenty four (24) hours of the auction close by credit/debit card or bank account through Paypal to secure the transaction.

Remainder Due

I am happy to store the vehicle for up to fourteen (14) days; however, the remaining balance must be paid within seven (7) days following the close of the auction via bank transfer, cashier’s check, or cash.Neither the car, nor the title, will be released until all funds have cleared my bank.

Shipping

I am happy to help with shipping arrangements, but this will ultimately be the responsibility of the winning bidder.

I, the seller, will make no allowance for failure of a shipping company to pick-up/deliver the vehicle on a specified date and/or at a specific price. Any such guarantees must be made between the buyer and the third-party shipper.
