2002 BMW M5 Description

I have owned this car from new and have loved every minute. LaMans Blue exterior and Black interior This car was well maintained and heated garaged 100% of its life. It has not seen snow. I have a jeep to drive in snow. I work in Chicago and commute by train, subsequently this car has a high percentage of highway miles. There are a couple of door dings on the car, but nothing major. The front lower faring on both sides is cracked. This is the black lower faring below the painted faring. I would rate the body and Paint 7 of 10. Absolutely no rust. The interior is in very good shape. I would rate it 8 of 10. The 2 points is only because its 12 years old and has had normal ware. The engine light went on last summer but is currently not on. The computer says it is a catalytic converter fault and the mechanic thinks it’s a sensor fault. That is the only potential problem.

Replaced the front rotors, all break pads, tires and fuel pump last year. The oil has been changed every 5000 miles with synthetic oil. The BMW recommendation is every 10k.
