2011 BMW 3-Series 328i xdrive Description

We bought this car exactly one year ago from the dealership for $30,000. It is an unbelievable vehicle. We're just looking to save money for an incoming child to our lives. We can provide all paperwork that shows that it has been well maintained. We also have documentation from a recent appraisal at a dealership that shows that everything is in perfect condition.
We purchased a vehicle warranty for it which is transferable to the next buyer. It has 3 years and approximately 45,000 miles on it. The car has 0 issues, but if anything were to come up, it'd be covered by the warranty currently. We just put in a new BMW grade air filter. It also has one year old tinted windows that have a lifetime warranty.
We're located in Boise, ID, and the bank currently owns the vehicle. My bank says that money can be dealt directly to them from the buyer and transfer of title can be done that way. That was is doesn't have to go from me, to bank, then title back to the buyer. This may be able to be done remotely as well via fax.I also have all the documentation to transfer warranty over to the buyer. It just simply needs to be filled out.
Shipping will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
