2007 BMW 3-Series Description

Up for sale has been my amazingly reliable 2007 BMW 328XI sedan. This is my everyday driver currently at 281,300 miles but this will go up.
In good condition, seats are in great condition, it has been my daily commuter but with a baby on the way and a dog already Im looking for something a little bigger.
MPG: 20 city / 27 highway
Engine: 3.0 L 6-cylinder
Pros: Starts up everytime, fresh synthetic oil change and filter, REAL leather heated seats, rear air conditioning, transmissionwas just serviced (new pan, gasket,pan bolts filler plug and fluids) idles perfectly, heat and cold air are amazing (best ive ever had) all wheel drive, new vanos intake and exhaust, suspension has been upgraded to bilstein HR's, just had all front end components replaced, control arms, linkage and ball joints on the left and right sides as well as an alignment, brakes work, paint is not peeling and looks great when cleaned and waxed. No leaks, stock sound system is great, new floor mats, new windshield, all electronics work including heated seats, locks, and windows. Rain and light sensors as well as programmable garage door openers. Comes with 5 extra rotors i ordered by accident a set of brake pads and new rear floor mats. Keeping an eye on the oil level is done easily from the menu inside the car, oil level was still ok after 3,000 miles so I would venture to guess this car does not burn any oil and likely had an engine repair in the past.
Cons: Previous owner did not have tire pressure monitoring sensors installed with new tires. The sensor is ON, this is NOT cause to fail inspection.
Car has a "service engine soon" light on and throwing a p0420 code, it recently failed inspection because of this emissions code. This was the only reason it failed inspection. Runs, idles drives and brakes just fine.
Car has several scratches and a few small dings, the largest is on the rear trunk about 3 inches across and 2 inches high. Bumpers are bumped and dinged but no cracks and are flush with the body of the car as they should be. Rust free car. Interior is good for the mileage with most of the wear showing on theleatherdoor inserts, cup holders, and metal flake on the shifter. Again seats are in excellent condition. Car throws bulb out code warning from time to time, all lights are working and in good condition at the time of this listing, sans the fog lights which work and are attached but fell out of their housing.
Car shifts pretty hard. I have driven it like that from the beginning and am use to it. It has not gotten any worse since i owned it, the transmission fluid exchange did not seem to affect it at all. I drive it over 90 miles every day like this. Car will be sold as is, no warranty expressed or implied.
