96 BMW E36 M3 - 89K Miles - Track/Street - S52 OBD1 Conversion - VERY fast!

Up for sale is my 1996 BMW M3 s52 OBD1 conversion track and street car with 89K miles. I have a second kid on the way, so regretfully have to sell my track car.
Tons of recent maintenance and upgrades, which are outlined below. All e36 problem areas have been addressed to make this a very reliable and fun track car. Everything works as it should including the A/C and there are no dash lights on. The paint is in fair condition, with some clear coat peeling, but there is no rust. The car has approximately 5 events since being built into a track car. Use it as a great track car, turn it back into a street car or add the front half of the cage and race in BMW CCA, SCCA or NASA GTS series. This car is very fast with the OBD1 conversion and S52. The car has a PA reconstructed title from a minor accident. Approximately $13K into the car, so as the saying goes, my loss, your gain. The removed interior parts are included in the sale.
