1995 BMW 3-Series Base Convertible 2-Door Description

Up for auction is a 1995 BMW 325i Convertible. This is a California car since new. This car has been sitting for 5 years and spent most of this time covered with a tarp. We acquired this vehicle after performing $1,600.00 in repairs (Fan Clutch, Fan Blades, Thermostat, Spark Plugs, Air, Filter, valve Cover Gasket, 02 Sensor, Window Switches and Breather Hoses) and the customer signed the car over when he was unable to pay for the repairs. Vehicle has 150,462 miles shown in photos. We found no evidence of prior crash damage and title search shows "No Accidents."

PROS: Runs great, no check engine light, drives nicely, no rust, clear title, comes with (2) new keys, A/C blows cold, today we just replaced the coolant bottle hoses and installed a new radiator cap.

CONS: Interior is weathered, rear window rotted out, windshield cracked, grille damaged from another car backing into it while in storage, driver's door panel has been attached by customer with wood screws, left rear wheel is a spare, tires are weather cracked, but hold air, air intake boot is taped up,driver's side mirror glass broken.

DMV FEES: $600 in delinquent DMV fees are owed against the vehicle and will be the buyer's responsibility. If you live outside California, these DMV penalties will not apply.

Payment Terms

·Deposit of $250.00USD must be received within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is required within three (3) days of the end of the auction.

·Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle

·Vehicles not paid for in full and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will be subject to a penalty of $60.00 plus $20.00 PER DAY in storage fees (storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release of vehicle).

·Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in buyer’s privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed on Ebay.com
