2003 BMW M3 Premium/Cold Weather Description

For sale is excellent condition 03 M3 Convertible w/ SMG in Silver, w/ Grey interior.
Grey interior is great shape, moderate wear on drivers side bolster. Paint in excellent condition, no accidents. Recent repairs include new rear shocks and mounts, new AC compressor and dryer, and thermostat. Engine swap 3100 miles ago done professionally due to very prematurely failed VANOS which caused engine destruction.
Car has every available option for 03. Cold Weather package, the heated seats work perfectly. 19" staggered BMW wheels, Harmon Kardon sound w/ navigation. Previous owner installed AUX input cable, which works with Apple iPhone or iPod wchci lets steering wheel controls function.
Car is missing the air pump, but has tool kit.
Car has just over 89k miles on it, engine has approx 11k less. Front and side grilles swapped for matte black and it looks a lot better. Wheels only the least bit of scratches on one wheel..but the lamination is coming off to some small degree. Newer UHP All-Season tires tires all around have less than 5k miles on them.
SMG shifts smoothly and without issues in all modes. The only issue it has are the power locks. Drivers side unlocks intermittently, all lock without issue, and key opens drivers door without issue.
