HAD BEEN TOLD THAT ITS NEEDS ALTERNATOR REPLACEMENT, BUT ITS GERMANY CAR, CAN BE SOMETHING ELSE ;( JUST BECAUSE OF THAT PROBLEM, IT THREW TRANSMISSION IN SAFE MODE), BUT IF YOU WORKED WITH GERMANY CARS AND YOU'RE GOOD MECHANIC - ITS SHOULD BE EASY JOB FOR YOU TO FIX IT.
CAR WILL NEED SOME GOOD CLEANING AND TLC: LEFT REAR DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN ( MIGHT BE JUST THE CABLE JUMPED OFF OF ITS BASE ), FEW INTERIOR REPAIR / PLASTIC REPLACEMENTS, OTHERWISE IN NICE SHAPE AND CONDITIONS FOR ITS AGE. NICE 22 INCHES ASANTI AF122 RIMS WITH GOOD TIRES AND MUCH MORE. ONLY THE RIMS WITH GOOD TIRES ALONE RUNS FROM $2500 - $4500 HERE ON EBAY, SO YOU HAVING REALLY NICE DEAL. I DID TRIED TO DIAGNOSE WITH MY PERSONAL SCANNER ( SNAP ON SOLUS PRO WITH 12.2 VERSION), BUT IT WOULDN'T LET ME SCAN ERROR CODES ONLY FROM ENGINE ( SAYS THERE'S NO COMMUNICATION WITH ENGINE AND COMPUTER ), REST OF OTHER CAR I CAN SCAN ( TRANNY, AIRBAG, BRAKES, ECT ).
SO IM GUESSING IT WILL NEED TO BE REPLACEIGNITION INSERT/ CAS START KEY MODULE AND MAIN ECU -- ENGINE COMPUTER MODULE TO HAVE IT COMUNICATED WITH SCANNER COMPUTER TO PULL UP THE CODES. THAT'S WHY ITS DOESN'T DOING NOTHING WHEN I TRIED TO START ENGINE ( PROBABLY PEOPLE BURNT IGNITION MODULE WHEN TRIED TO START JUMPED ), UNLESS THERE'S SOMETHING ELSE.. MY LOSS IS YOUR GAIN
