2014 BMW 2-Series M235i Description

Bought a new SUV due to baby on the way, so I'm selling my 2014 BMW M235i for the lease payoff amount. Because it's the lease payoff and it's a fair price, the price is non-negotiable. I would consider just transferring the lease to you, if that's what you would prefer. It ends in March '17. One important thing to note is that 2014 is the last year that BMW allowed transition of the free maintenance program to additional owners. If you buy a 2015 or newer used car, expect to pay for all your maintenance out of your pocket.
The condition of the car is great. I've taken excellent care of it and always taken advantage of BMW's free service for the first three years, so it's been meticulously serviced and cleaned regularly. I have the carfax report to prove I took care of scheduled maintenance. I will provide it upon request or you're welcome to purchase one directly from carfax as well.
I'm a BMW enthusiast, driven them for years, and this M235i is the reincarnation of the old 2-door M3. It's basically the same performance, handling, and interior size, but with all the new technological amenities. It's very exciting to drive as a daily driver vehicle because it's more comfortable than other BMW M vehicles while also having the M performance you'd expect. While I loved driving it, I kept it as my daily driver so this vehicle has been babied and never seen a track day.
Gas mileage is excellent... I get 30-32 miles per gallon on the highway and 20-25 in the city.
The vehicle includes the premium package and heated seats. Premium includes keyless entry (keep your key in your pocket), auto-dimming mirrors, satellite radio, a digital screen in your instrument cluster behind the steering wheel, the larger navigation screen, and garage door opener. It really is worth it just for the digital screen in the instrument cluster. I opted out of the other packages due to them adding unnecessary weight to the vehicle and thus ruining the performance aspect of the vehicle. Heated seats come in very handy for leather when it gets cold.
All four tires are almost brand new, have less than 2k miles on them. I replaced all 4 about a month ago. The car does not come with a spare from the manufacturer (almost no BMW's come with spares any more), but I have one left over that I will give you.
Before I post all the manufacturer details, I want to be upfront and share that there is a very small ding on the bumper which you can see in the pictures. I wouldn't be charged for it when turning in the lease so I didn't repair it. There is also a small bit of rash on the front driver side wheel. Again, I wouldn't be charged when turning it in for the lease as it's normal expected wear, so I didn't repair it. These are tiny issues, but I wanted to be upfront that they're there.
