2016 BMW Other xDrive 35i Description

Up for sale there is a 2016 BMW X4 xDrive 35i with the following specifications:

This car was purchased less than a year ago, and it now has less than 8,000 miles. I waited a month and a half to get it, since I customized the color, seats, and many other packages, to make it top of the line. It is just missing one package, which I did not find to be necessary or useful.
There are 2 variations to the X4: xDrive 28i (4 cylinders), and xDrive 35i (6 cylinders) with a biggermotor, with more HP and torque.You are getting the better, and more expensive one.
It has something very cool, named Head-up Display, which projects your navigation instructions on your windshield, allowing you to follow directions/instructions without looking away from the road.
I paid little over $63,000 for it, but it has gone up in price in the last few months; probably due to its high demand. Customizing it today, it will cost nearly $70,000 out the door.
This car has tinted windows with top of the line film(3M)as well; an additional $300.
It has only had one oil change as of today.
It comes with a 4-year or 50-thousand-mile warranty. Still 42 thousand miles to enjoy.

Reasons for Selling it:
1. Due to my new job, I now require to drive 80-100 miles every day, and as much as I love driving this car, I am not willing to put that kind of mileage on it.
2. I now have a smaller vehicle which saves me money on gas, and depreciation will not hurt as much after I put 20-25 thousand miles on it every year.
3. I live in Miami Beach, where parking is very hard to find, and very expensive as well. My building only allows for one vehicle per apartment, and now I am paying to keep it somewhere else.
